These Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time, apply to all aspects of Rex Travel Bank

Any future amendments to these terms and conditions will apply the use of all Travel Credits, including existing Travel Credits, at the time of any amendment.

Rex has used all reasonable efforts to ensure the information in these terms and conditions is accurate and correct. However, to the extent permitted by law, Rex accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracy or misdescription.

By agreeing to receive and use a Travel Credit you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Conditions of Carriage of Rex.

Rex Airlines (Rex, We) means Regional Express Holdings Limited ABN 18 099 547 270.

Customer (You) means the person or organisation that is receiving a Travel Credit for use for eligible purchases.

Rex Travel Bank (Travel Bank) is our online portal where you can view and manage Travel Credits issued to you.

Rex Travel Credit (Travel Credit) is an amount provided to you which can be used for eligible purchases as outlined in these terms and conditions

A Travel Bank account is created by Rex when a Travel Credit is provided to you and will allow you to see your account balance, credit transactions and credit expiry dates.

You can log into your Travel Bank account via the Travel Bank online portal with the login details provided in the welcome email.

A Travel Credit may be issued when

• a booking is cancelled and you are eligible to store the value as a Travel Credit for future bookings; or
• you are eligible for a Travel Credit for another reason, at the discretion of Rex.

Where a cancelled booking eligible for a Travel Credit includes multiple passengers, the entire amount for all passengers will be credited to a single nominated adult from within the booking. A Travel Credit may be used for eligible purchases by the nominated adult in the name of another person.

Where you are eligible for a Travel Credit from multiple cancelled bookings, these will be applied to a single Travel Bank account.

A Travel Credit is non- and not redeemable for cash.

A Travel Credit may be used for eligible purchases via the Rex Customer Contact centre.

Eligible purchases include:

• bookings for flights operated by Rex (including the fare, taxes and fees)
• booking changes (including fare differences, taxes and fees)
• flight Extras available at the time of making a Rex booking, including:
  • Additional Baggage
  • Seat selection, including Rextra Legroom seating
• service fees applicable when making a booking by the Customer Contact Centre.

Where a purchase that is made with a Travel Credit is eligible for a refund, the amount will be credited back into the Travel Bank account with the original expiry date of the Travel Credit applying.

A Travel Credit will be valid for 365 days from when it is issued, unless otherwise specified by Rex.

From time to time, a Travel Credit may be issued with a different expiry date, which will be outlined in the email confirming the Travel Credit to you.

All Travel Credit expiry dates can be viewed by logging into your Travel Bank account.

A Travel Credit can be used for future travel that is beyond the Travel Credit expiry date, as long as that travel is purchased prior to the Travel Credit expiry date.

Extensions will not be granted on expired travel credit.

You are responsible for the security of your Travel Bank account log in details and these must not be shared with any other person.

Rex will not be held liable or responsible for loss or damage arising in connection with the use of the Travel Bank, including where you have not kept the Travel Bank account details confidential or where we have acted on your instruction to facilitate the use of a Travel Credit.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will prevent the application of your consumer guarantees in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
