Complimentary Lounge Access  

Diamond members are provided with complimentary Rex Lounge Access. Rex Lounges are located at Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney.

Get Me Home (Standby for Earlier Flight)  

Diamond members may request our airport ‘Get Me Home’ service on a complimentary basis for any fare purchased.

Emerald members may request our airport ‘Get Me Home’ service on a complimentary basis for any Economy Saver or Flex fare purchased.

Please refer to the Get Me Home rules for all other conditions.

Loyalty Service Fees Waiver  

Diamond members will not be charged Loyalty Service Fees for assistance provided via our Customer Contact Centre.

  • Make, change and cancel Reward Flights via our Customer Call Centre without paying the usual Loyalty Service Fees.
  • You can also request assistance with upgrades without incurring any Loyalty Service Fees.

For all other members Loyalty Service Fee free options exist via rex.com.au.

Loyalty Service Fees are in addition to any applicable Flight Change or Cancellation fees that may apply as per the fare rules for Rex Flight Rewards or Rex Published Fares when requesting assistance via our Customer Contact Centre.
