Loyalty service fees apply on selected transactions when requesting assistance from our Customer Contact Centre. These fees are waived when self-servicing via rex.com.au (when the feature is available online).
Loyalty Service Fees are in addition to any applicable Flight Change or Cancellation fees that may apply as per the fare rules for Rex Flight Rewards or Rex Published Fares when requesting assistance via our Customer Contact Centre.
