Earn bonus Rex Points on eligible Rex flights in the Business and Economy cabins.
Bonus Rex Points are not earned on Promo, Resident or Community fares.
You will receive priority based on your tier when calling to speak to our Customer contact Centre team.
You will also receive priority, based on your tier, when on reservation waitlist or airport standby waitlist for an alternative flight.
You will receive priority, based on your tier, when waitlisted for a points or complimentary upgrade.
Each 12-month Status Benefit Period you will be awarded a select number of complimentary upgrades based on the Tier Level achieved.
Complimentary upgrades are only available where you have purchased an Economy Flex or Saver fare.
Unused Complimentary Upgrades will expire at the end of a Status Benefit Period.
Complimentary upgrades are offered on a standby basis, with requests processed alongside Point Upgrade requests.
You may not request a Points Upgrade and Complimentary Upgrade on the same flight.
A complimentary upgrade is for a single flight sector and does not apply across connecting flights.
Upgrades are subject to availability and not all seats may be made available for upgrades. There may be empty seats left in the cabin from time to time for operational reasons.
Upgrade requests may be made for future flights that fall outside your Status Benefit Period.

You will need to add your Rex Flyer number to the booking to ensure available preferred seats, and discounted pricing, is shown correctly at time of seat selection.
Where available, you are able to check-in at Business Class counters, receive access to priority boarding and priority baggage delivery on our jet aircraft, when travelling in the Economy cabin, as outlined in the following table.
Priority Check-in is available when offered (at ports with our Business Class counters).
Priority Boarding is available when offered (on our Boeing 737-800 jet services).
Priority Baggage delivery is available when offered (on our Boeing 737-800 jet services).
Emerald and Diamond members receive the following checked baggage allowance on Rex operated services.
All checked baggage allowances apply to a member’s Status Level at the time of travel, not the time of booking.
Diamond members receive our highest carry-on baggage allowance in line with our Biz Plus fares on Rex operated services.
Diamond members may take on Boeing 737-800 services

Diamond members travelling in the Economy Cabin are eligible for 1 complimentary drink, including an alcoholic beverage selected from our beer and wine menu, on flights where alcohol is available for sale in the Economy Cabin.
From early May 2024, Diamond members will be provided with complimentary Rex Lounge Access. Rex Lounges are located at Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney.
Diamond members may request our airport ‘Get Me Home’ service on a complimentary basis for any fare purchased.
Emerald members may request our airport ‘Get Me Home’ service on a complimentary basis for any Economy Saver or Flex fare purchased.

Diamond members will not be charged Loyalty Service Fees for assistance provided via our Customer Contact Centre.
